You can also cancel your services by deselecting auto-renew from My Account in the control panel.

To cancel your account please email our cancellation team at cancel@yesbackup.com outlining the reasons for your cancellation and they will help you quickly and efficiently.

If you cancel your account you will lose your backed up data, please be sure to make backups and save your files.
